Merry Christmas stomach bug?

I can't believe it is true. Yes, a stomach bug has landed in our home. No way, unreal, please leave.
I guess I should say it has been here but was not disguised as a stomach bug, thought food poisoning, but that is now clear as it has jumped on to me.

The chicks have been coming to me all day and gray has been saying "mommy sick stomach".. yes gray..
I'd rather be baking, wrapping, or doing something festive in our home today instead of laid up on the couch while
my house spins in utter chaos. It is not so merry, I am not so merry... My home is no longer picked up as mommy has been sort of off duty. There is hope! Maybe Christmas eve will be a new day with a new stomach! I can hope and dream right? It is Christmas! Off to eat something..

Really, did that just happen to me??

Ok, so shopping nicely and not so quietly at my neighborhood target.. when upon leaving the christmas chaos from target my buggie abruptly stops with chicks in tow, big ole bag of dog food, and other larger sized packages. We stopped mind you in the middle of traffic, so I thought oh, man.. our buggy broke, how appropriate. So with ellie belles help we found another buggy.. transferred the goods and we were off.. only to be abruptly stopped once again. Now laughing, the kind of laugh that could be crying in minutes. Ellie goes to get another buggy while I make sure cars do not hit my gray and my buggy.. Unreal.. and thought for sure I just had the bad luck of two broken down buggies, but oh no.. third time around.. a kind man makes me aware of the buggy radius that puts buggies in lock down if you pass it.. Good to know target, thanks for the heads up.
